Description:

The FwaaS API spec mentions a firewall_rules_blob attribute, that can be used to pass in vendor-specific rules,
that Neutron will pass through without evaluating. There are a number of special features and filtering directives that firewalls support, that do not
map easily to the Neutron FwaaS models. Having the firewall_rules_blob attribute would allow more flexibility, for special cases.
