Description RHOS Integration 2013-12-13 00:32:38 UTC
Cloned from launchpad blueprint https://blueprints.launchpad.net/neutron/+spec/rename-tenant-to-project.

Description:

With Keystone having renamed the term 'tenant' to 'project' in their v3 api, and closing in on removing the use of 'tenant' with the deprecation of the v2 api, all OpenStack projects need to be planning for standardizing on the use of 'project'. This blueprint is intended to manage the code, db, and documentation changes that effort will entail.
