Description of problem:
According to the purpose of Select All Cases, after checking it, clone operation does not apply to all cases, only selected cases in current page instead.

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. open a plan
2. go to Reviewing Cases tab, then make sure "Also select all cases that are not yet shown below." is checked
3. click Clone from the Case menu
4. see the total number of cases in clone page

Actual results:
Only the loaded cases can be cloned. All rest of cases are not included.

Expected results:
All cases should be cloned.

Verify the bug in version 3.8.6 on devel server.--->Pass

Steps to verify as above.
