Description
Error shows when booting guest with option rebootTimeout set in xml file

Version:
libvirt-1.1.1-14.el7.x86_64
qemu-kvm-1.5.3-21.el7.x86_64
seabios-1.7.2.2-5.el7.x86_64


How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Prepare a guest,edit xml file to add:
    <bios rebootTimeout='1000'/>

2. Try to boot the guest,error shows:
# virsh start t2
error: Failed to start domain t2
error: unsupported configuration: reboot timeout is not supported by this QEMU binary

3. Use qemu-kvm command to try the reboot-timeout option,no error shows and the option works.
# /usr/libexec/qemu-kvm  -vnc :3  -boot reboot-timeout=1000


Actual results:
As description.

Expected results:
rebootTimeout option can work through libvirt

Additional info:
The issue can not be reproduced on rhel6.

Tested PASS with:
libvirt-1.1.1-16.el7.x86_64

Steps:
1. Prepare a guest,edit xml file to add:
    <bios rebootTimeout='1000'/>

2. Try to boot the guest,guest can be booted successfully.
# virsh start test
Domain test started

3.Launch the guest console,if no boot devic found,the guest will try to reboot in 1 second.

Refer to the above comments,move the bug to VERIFIED.
