Title: Turning Off a Virtual Machine

Describe the issue:
VM could be turned off in common way how user  use to in usual OS (Win Start->Shut  down)

Suggestions for improvement:
I know this section is for PowerUser portal, but try to mention that Shut down from PuP is not the only way how to Turn VM off.
