Description Matt Reid 2013-12-13 16:22:59 UTC
Description of problem:
The terminology used on the first screen of the RH Access app doesn't match what we say on Portal. The login screen for Portal asks for "Red Hat Login" and "Password", and the action the user performs is to "Log In" when they click the button. On the RH Access app, the user is asked for "Username" and "Password", and clicks on "Login". There's also no lost login/password functionality on the RH Access app and the messages used for failed attempts are different "login failed. Please try again" vs "Username or password was invalid". If it's bringing you to the same place, and allegedly they're using the same information to login, seems like we should ask for it using the same terminology.
