Description of problem: The paps.convs file (for CUPS) ought to be shipped as %{_datadir}/cups/mime/paps.convs instead of %{_sysconfdir}/cups/paps.convs Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): paps-0.6.8-26.fc20 Additionally, it should not own that directory but should instead require the cups-filesystem package.
