From Bugzilla Helper: User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (compatible; Konqueror/3.1; Linux) Description of problem: I have just updated to the latest up2date 3.1.23.2-1 and registered. the system then started updating, but when i closed a registration window (for some reason i had several open) the updating stopped and after that i couldnt access up2date. the notification agent works fine and i checked online and there i appear to be entitled to the demo as i should. redhat 9 Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): up2date-3.1.23.2-1.i386.rpm How reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. notification of 108 updates available 2. launch up2date 3. error message: no entitlement Additional info: Error Message: Service not enabled for system profile: ".................." Error Class Code: 31 Error Class Info: This system does not have a valid entitlement for Red Hat Network. Please visit https://rhn.redhat.com/network/systems/entitlements.pxt or login at https://rhn.redhat.com, and from the "Systems" tab, select "System Entitlements" to enable RHN service for this system.
