Description of problem:

From looking at Beta, it seems the installer JAR will be:

jboss-eap-6.0.0.dv.ci-installer.jar

Please update in the Getting Started Guide and Installation Guide.

Possibly use jboss-eap-<replaceable>VERSION</replaceable>.dv.ci-installer.jar so we don't have to update for each release.

Julian,

Before, we make this change, please confirm that the DV installer will be named jboss-eap-6.0.0.dv.ci-installer.jar for GA.

(Also, please confirm what the S-RAMP installer will be called too. Will it be jboss-eap-6.0.0.sramp.ci-installer.jar?)

The installer names are:

  DV:      jboss-dv-installer-<version>.jar
  S-RAMP:  jboss-sramp-installer-<version>.jar

For DV CR1, the exact name is:

  jboss-dv-installer-6.0.0.GA-redhat-1.jar

However, if we have to build CR2, then this will become "-redhat-2", so I can't tell in advance what the exact name of the GA installer will be.  Using the replacable "<version>" would be sensible.  Either that, or get agreement to use a specific name when it's made available (e.g. remove the -redhat-NN).

I have updated the S-RAMP JAR in Installation Guide.

Nilam, please check that the DV JAR name is correct based on Julian's Comment 3 above.
