Description of problem:
Go to https://www.openshift.com via browser when an open issue is created and without resolving. Then check issue button on header for drupal page. There is no button entry for issue on header. Detail can be found in attachment.

1. Go to https://www.openshift.com when an issue is created
2. Check button entry for issue on header on drupal page
3.

Actual results:
Can't display button entry for issue on drupal page. 

Expected results:
Should display the button on header when an open issue is created.

At the request of the marketing team, the "open issues" indicator was removed from the marketing page
