Description of problem:

1) Create a Guided Decision Table. 

2) Add a Condition BRL Fragment (add column, select "show advanced").

3) Add a Fact Pattern and set it's bound name.

4) Add an Action to Update a field

5) Select the Fact bound in step 3.
