The software selection spoke does not update the Add-On list to reflect the groups that should be checked for a specific Environment.  All items in the Add-On list are unchecked regardless of the Environment selected.  The original goal was to have the Add-On list reflect which groups are going to be installed by a particular environment, but allow users to check other groups to install.
