With OSE 2.0 the cart_list fact has gone away. There is a cartridge repository but I don't think this is the place to mention it. So... suggestions:

Remove "The Facter compiles a list of installed cartridges listed in the /opt/rh/ruby193/root/etc/mcollective/facts.yaml file as the cart_list fact."

"The first time the REST API is accessed, the broker host uses MCollective to retrieve the cart_list of available cartridges from a node host. " change to => "The first time the REST API is accessed, the broker host uses MCollective to retrieve the list of available cartridges from one randomly chosen node host. "

Edited as per suggestions in the OSE 2.0 Deployment Guide.
