Isn't this a 6.0 feature?
(currently does not work in 5.0)

It seems some of the associated patches were merged in 5.0 and others in what will be 6.0. Jordan, could you help us and clarify which parts of this blueprint were merged in Icehouse and can be tested already? Thank you.

This was moved to 6.0 and this should be implemented now.

This is just about supporting paging in stacks listing page. 
It should be testable by creating so many stacks, that paging is required, when listing them all.
