Description of problem:
Go to web console and sign in. Then let browser save password for this account. Go to upgrading page and find textarea is autofilled by email-address. This may complicate new user to upgrade to silver account. It only occurs on Firefox26 and Chrome31.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Sign in on web console and let browser save password
2. Go to upgrading page and check textarea of Phone Number
3.

Actual results:
Email address will be autofilled in the text field of Phone Number.

Expected results:
Email address should not be autofilled in the text field of Phone Number.

Test on devenv_4148.
Let browser save password for an account, then go to upgrade page. It will still autofill Phone number and password.

Check the code in devenv_4148 according to the pull request. Find the code hasn't been merged. Sorry for my mistake. Waiting for the latest env.

Test on devenv_4149.
Text field can't be autofilled for Phone Number. So verify this bug, thanks!
