target is RHEL6.5 using fcoe-target-utils-2.0rc1.fb16-5.el6.noarch
initial is RHEL7 using device-mapper-multipath-0.4.9-58.el7.x86_64
The issue found during testing bug 882060.

wait several minutes and multipath shown, but with 'failed faulty offline' status.

The kernel part bug is 970471.
