Description of problem:

Backend should block creating preallocated disks when using NFS storage:
This configuration is not common , and the operation is very time / CPU consuming ( due to filling of the disk with zeros  using dd ) 

Please remove this option or add a warning .

The option was specifically requested several times by customers, no reason to prevent it.
