Description Björn Esser (besser82) 2013-12-17 14:05:26 UTC
Description of problem:

During some builds of swig-generated mono-bindings, I stumbled upon some
reproducible segfaults, which are likely to be related to mono when
threads come into play. See rhbz# 1043941.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

  mono-devel-2.10.8-6.fc21.armv7hl

How reproducible:

  100%

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. as described in rhbz# 1043941.

Actual results:

There are segfaults when using threads in swig-generated mono-bindings.

Expected results:

Everything should be running and without any troubles.

Looks like fc20 is affected by this, too. :(

Comment 2 Peter Robinson 2014-06-10 20:30:29 UTC
There's a number of issues with mono on ARM that have been fixed and massively improved in 3.x but without an active maintainer of the mono stack in general we're a bit stuck

Comment 3 Jaroslav Reznik 2015-03-03 15:20:06 UTC
This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 22 development cycle.
Changing version to '22'.

Comment 4 Peter Robinson 2015-05-18 12:19:02 UTC
Should be fixed now mono is being rebased to 4.0 in F-23+
