Title: JBoss EAP 6 Installation Prerequisites

Describe the issue:
We need to describe the jboss.org / $0 dev sub pre-reqs here, not the customer portal ones. Or perhaps both? We should probably have the $0 sub stuff in all the docs...

John Doyle suggested we limit this information to the Quick Start Guide.
