Description of problem:
After importing the demo the following error occurs:

Failed while installing SwitchYard 1.1.
Errors occurred while updating project configuration
Error updating switchyard.xml.
Unresolved reference 'ComponentService::OrderService'. (platform:/resource/dtgov-demos-switchyard/src/main/resources/META-INF/switchyard.xml, 4, 61)

The intention is to split out the QS from the FSW distribution but we should address the issue.

This demo has been replaced with a simple Web Application demo.  This demo was never intended to be a meaningful SwitchYard application, which has caused some confusion.  The purpose of the demo is to show how dtgov does deployment lifecycle.  So in FSW 6.1 dtgov-demos-switchyard no longer exists, having been replaced by dtgov-demos-webapp.

With that said, it may be that we still want to make some changes to this demo so that it is at least a sensible hello-world SY app.  

Please advise.
