Steps to Reproduce: 
Package: ekiga

  * run ekiga
  * check wizard translation
  * check menu/submenu (account/preferences)
  * click on Contacts/Dialpad/Call History
  * try to use Shortcut for Menu
  * run ekiga -h from terminal



Actual results: 
Following strings are localized in Zanata for zh-CN, but not reflected in the application.
1. Content of "Introduction of Accounts"
2. "Call a Number" under Chat tab.
3. "Video Preview" and "Show Offline Contacts" under View tab.
4. "Outbound proxy" under Property -- SIP settings.
5. "Enable H.239 control" and "Extended Video Roles" under Property -- H.323 Settings.
6. "Ringing device" under Property -- Audio
7. "Picture quality" and "Frame rate" under Property -- Video -- Codecs.

Expected results:
  * All Menu/Submenu/Dialog box/Wizard/messages should be translated
  * shortcut should work
