Description of problem:
RH Bugzilla doesn't use the UNCONFIRMED state, but the second last row of email preferences refers to it.  That row should be hidden.

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login to RH Bugzilla
2. Click Preferences, then Email Preferences

Actual results:
Second last row of the table mentions the UNCONFIRMED state.

Expected results:
UNCONFIRMED state is not mentioned.

none.

We should also do this for the credit / edit product admin screens, and send it upstream too.

I've removed the UNCONFIRMED state from the email preferences page and the product create / edit page.

This change is now live. If there are any issues, do not reopen this bug.
Instead, you should create a new bug and reference this bug.
