Description of problem:
The topic on upgrading RHEVM from version 3.2 to 3.3 can be restructured to aid in clarity. In particular, it should be split into three topics as follows:

* Summary
* Considerations
* Procedure

This will aid in readability and make the procedure itself both easier to find and follow.

Further changes include removal of multiple references to requiring root privileges to perform commands and cleaning up the overall format of the procedure for clarity.
