Description of problem:
Check on web console and find it already has Zend Server 6.1 (PHP 5.4). Then check technology page on community. Find zend server only has version of 5.6. So Zend 6.1 should be placed on technology page.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to application type page on web console, confirm it has Zend Server 6.1 (PHP 5.4) cartridge.
2. Go to technology page and check version of zend server
3.

Actual results:
Zend server only has version 5.6 on technology page.

Expected results:
Should place Zend Server 6.1 on technology page.

Zend 6.1 has been added to https://www.openshift.com/developers/technologies
