Description of problem:
German translation has some bugs.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
ovirt engine 3.3.1

How reproducible:
100%

List:

1) VM overview tab "New VM" should be "Neue VM". Currently it reads "Neues VM". Article has wrong gender - machine is female.

2) VM overview tab "Change CD" should be "CD wechseln". Currently it reads "Wechsel Sie die CD". That german text would be in english more like "You change the CD". So no need to use the person.

3) Network interface Packet drops are translated as "Abfallen". That is quite ugly especially as the other colums transmit/receive show TX and RX as text - so they are not translated at all. One could either try to tranlate all three text "TX,RX,Drops" as "Senden,Empfangen,Verworfen" or leave the english text. "Verworfen" is better then "Abfallen" but it still sounds quite bad - especially with the substantive (packet) written in small letters and brackets behind it.

setting target release to current version for consideration and review. please do not push non-RFE bugs to an undefined target release to make sure bugs are reviewed for relevancy, fix, closure, etc.
