pcap_loop patch

ngrep does not display any packets at all when using the libpcap-1.5.0-1.20131108git459712e package from updates.  Downgrading to libpcap-1.4 makes it work again.

The attached patch, which has been sitting in ngrep git for nearly 6 years, solves the problem for me.
