Description of problem:

command `list glustervolumes --cluster-identifier <cluster-id> --show-all` does not display perfomance.cache.size

How reproducible:
everytime

Steps to Reproduce:
1. create a distributed volume
2. run the command `list glustervolumes --cluster-identifier <cluster-id> --show-all`

Actual results:
