Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

Steps to Reproduce:
yum install gnome-system-monitor

1. Open System Monitor or run gnome-system-monitor from terminal

2. Run # gnome-system-monitor -h from terminal

Actual results:
The app. doesnt displlay properly if it's opened from terminal with command "gnome-system-monitor", however, it displays well if it's opened with "ALT+F2".

What does "displays well" mean specifically? Can you attach screenshots?

Exactly safe for Japanese.

Comment 6 Yulia 2013-12-20 02:31:33 UTC
Confirming for Russian as well.

Comment 7 Søren Sandmann Pedersen 2013-12-20 21:31:22 UTC
Does this happen when running on a physical machine, or only on virtual machines?

If it only happens on virtualization, can you tell me what kind of virtual graphics is used?

Comment 8 Noriko Mizumoto 2013-12-23 02:06:53 UTC
Hi Soren,

Thank you for looking into this.
This happens when running on virtual machines. Since we are performing QA tests on VM, I can't tell if it happens on physical machine as well.

For virtual graphics, I am not sure what exactly looked after, but the following command returns 'no virtual package installed'.

[root@localhost ~]# rpm -q virtual
パッケージ virtual はインストールされていません。
