Description of problem:
In BR18, active vms by os, the #VMs axis scale is of 2.5, 5, 7.5 & 10.
It is confusing

1. open BR18, from reports portal or from DC / cluster tasbs in webadmin

scale that represents the nature of the measurment (naturla numbers)

This is by design. A calculation is done to set the Y ticks spacing to allow all data to be displayed and zoomed in on. Since he values are on a tick of a complete number, I don't think this is a bug.
