Description of problem:
When you start validating a process there is no way how to see validation errors (except the server log).

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
ER6

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a new process and start validating it.
2. Try to show validation errors.

Actual results:
The 'View all issues' option is not clickable.

Expected results:
The option should be enabled.

This was already fixed as part of https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1009857, setting to MODIFIED for verification.
