When creating or updating a case from the administration portal, the operation hanged while trying to attach the logs to the case, citing a state of PENDING. The user had to close the dialog box and manually start the log collector from the Manager. This was caused by a bug with the SELinux plugin in the SOS report, which did not fail gracefully and caused redhat-support-plugin-rhev to fail. The SELinux plugin is now disabled, so logs can be attached to cases created from the administration portal.

Description of problem:
From the web GUI when creating/updating a case and choosing to generate a log collector the operation hangs while is trying to attach the logs on the existing or newly generated case, citing a state of PENDING. This requires the user to the dialogue box and manually start the log collector from the manager.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Right click and choose Red Hat Access
2. Create/Update a case and choose to upload a log collector (with or without hypervisors)
3. Output will be similar to

RHEV Manager Database...COMPLETE

Attaching logs to case...PENDING

Actual results:
The plugin hangs at Attaching logs to case...PENDING although the case is opened.

Expected results:
The logs are attached to the case.

This is a duplicate bug with the storage plugin.  There currently is a bug with the SELinux plugin in SOS report.  It does not fail gracefully and causes the plugin to fail.  The SE Linux plugin has been disabled in >= 3.3.0.  In 3.2 the fix has been pushed but the errata has not yet been submitted.
