Can you please give exact steps to reproduce the problem? What have you installed in addition, what exact steps you did, does it happen every time?

I stopped using fedora-eclipse and now use vanilla eclipse.

Does it mean that you're no longer interested in fixing the issue? When you say vanilla eclipse do you mean downloaded from eclipse.org?
