Description of problem:
When system is left idle, the screen will not blank

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1.Log out of desktop session
2.wait for screen to blank
3.

Actual results:
The screen remains active at the login dialog and does not blank

Expected results:
Screen blank, and when mouse or keyboard is engaged the time and date overlay becomes visible. You then have the use the mouse and drag up or press the space bar to reveal the login dialog

See the screen shot. The window marked RawHide is actually F20. The lock screen on the right (F19)never shows up in (F20). Both of these are vanilla installs with screen blanking set to 5 minutes in the power settings.
