Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 3.8.6 on qa server How reproducible: 100% Steps to Reproduce: 1.User enter 'TESTING->New case' page. 2.Check whether component and category can load value automatic or not. 3.Switch the product, check whether component and category can load value automatic or not. Actual results: system can not load Component and category automatic. After click save btn, system show the carning in new case page, it can load component and category. Expected results: System can load Component and category automatic. Switch the product, component and category also can load value automatic Aditional info: The above issue also happened in another new case page which accessed by clicking write new case btn in plan detail page.
