Blender without the OceanSim mod (blender-2.69-1.fc20)

Description of problem:
The Blender build shipped with Fedora does not include the Ocean Simulation tool:

Steps to Reproduce:
Reproduce steps 1 to 7 from the tutorial available from:

Actual results:
Blender displays a "Built without OceanSim mod" message.

Expected results:
The Scene displays the Ocean Simulation mesh.

* was pushed to the Fedora 20 testing repository,
* should be available at your local mirror within two days.
