We ship LuxRender-1.0-16.fc20 and 1.3.1 is available upstream.
The latest LuxRender.spec is 1.3.1 but does not build.

I've uploaded an updated LuxRender.spec that builds and seems to work correctly within Blender at:
http://fcami.fedorapeople.org/srpms/LuxRender.spec

A scratch build is available at:
http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=6347275

I've requested commit rights to LuxRender in pkgdb to fix rawhide at least, and f20 if that's OK too.

LuxRender-1.3.1-4.fc20 has been submitted as an update for Fedora 20.

Package LuxRender-1.3.1-4.fc20:
* should fix your issue,
* was pushed to the Fedora 20 testing repository,
* should be available at your local mirror within two days.
Update it with:
# su -c 'yum update --enablerepo=updates-testing LuxRender-1.3.1-4.fc20'
as soon as you are able to.

LuxRender-1.3.1-4.fc20 has been pushed to the Fedora 20 stable repository.  If problems still persist, please make note of it in this bug report.
