Description of problem:
There seems to be a mismatch between the mode for /run/svnserve
specified in the RPM's %files section and the one used in
/usr/lib/tmpfiles.d/svnserve.conf.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
subversion-1.8.5-2.fc20.x86_64

How reproducible:
Every time

Steps to Reproduce:
1. rpm -V -f /run/svnserve

Actual results:
.M.......    /run/svnserve


Expected results:
(nothing)

Additional info:
The svnserve.service wasn't started at all.

# ls -ld /run/svnserve
drwx------. 2 root root 40 Dec 30 15:52 /run/svnserve

* should fix your issue,
* was pushed to the Fedora 20 testing repository,
* should be available at your local mirror within two days.
Update it with:
# su -c 'yum update --enablerepo=updates-testing subversion-1.8.8-1.fc20'
as soon as you are able to.
