A few points, which also apply to bug 1048533 and bug 1048534. (1) Please supply diffs to the spec file, not whole new spec files. I downloaded the proposed new spec file and did a diff myself and discovered: (2) Please make all changes to the Rawhide package, not to the Fedora 20 package. Your new spec file backs out many changes to the Rawhide package. You should run, for each package: fedpkg clone -a -B ocaml-bin-prot cd ocaml-bin-prot/master ## make changes to the spec file fedpkg commit -c fedpkg local ## test it still builds git format-patch HEAD^ (3) I notice upstream have moved to a wacky versioning system. Is there some methodology behind this? *** Bug 741484 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** This message is a reminder that Fedora 20 is nearing its end of life. Approximately 4 (four) weeks from now Fedora will stop maintaining and issuing updates for Fedora 20. It is Fedora's policy to close all bug reports from releases that are no longer maintained. At that time this bug will be closed as EOL if it remains open with a Fedora 'version' of '20'. Package Maintainer: If you wish for this bug to remain open because you plan to fix it in a currently maintained version, simply change the 'version' to a later Fedora version. If you can reproduce this bug against a currently maintained version of Fedora please feel free to reopen this bug against that version.
