Description of problem:
While launching an instance, I tried to launch another instance, and it took about a minute for the dialog window to open.

python-django-horizon-2014.1-0.1b1.el6.noarch

How reproducible:
20%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Launch an instance
2. As soon as possible press on "Launch Instance"
3.

Actual results:
It takes a lot of time until the dialog window opens

Expected results:
It should open in a few seconds

Additional info:
The project had only one instance when it happened, so there is no load on the system.

Sadly, I can not reproduce this at all. I'll close this bug, and please re-open or open a new one, when you have a reproducer.
