After single sign on to the engine rhevm-reports-setup failed, because the externally defined password was listed with an encryption value of null. Removing the word null from the password field resolves this issue, and the reports setup does not fail.

Description of problem:
After SSOing to engine setup will fail, since externally defined password is listed as encryption of value 'null'. Removing the word 'null' from the password field resolves this issue.

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. install reports
2. SSO to it from engine.
3. upgrade reports

Actual results:
Failing on external users on password value: 'ENC&lt;null&gt;'
Changing to value: 'ENC&lt;&gt;' fixed the issue.

Expected results:
Should not fail
