Description of problem:
I paired my phone to my laptop (running Gnome), while I had the Sound settings open to the Input tab. This crashed the settings menu. It doesn't seem to be reproducible, however, as I now have my phone successfully paired and streaming music.

I have noticed that my phone is now listed four times in the Input tab, in additional to the internal microphone from my laptop, so there may be some issue that remains.

The same problem has been detected in Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7. The following packages are affected:

control-center-3.8.6-1.el7.x86_64

You just cloned an F19 bug. Did you actually test that it happens with RHEL7?

Somebody has encountered the problem on RHEL7 and ABRT auto-reporting has reported it.

Should be fixed in the RHEL 7.2 rebase of GNOME.
