Description of problem:

The current version (findbugs-bcel-5.3-0.1.20130910svn1521566.fc21) does not provide the com.google.code.findbugs:bcel Maven mapping causing issues when using findbugs.

[ERROR] Failed to execute goal on project weld-core-impl: Could not resolve dependencies for project org.jboss.weld:weld-core-impl:jar:2.1.2.Final: The following artifacts could not be resolved: com.google.code.findbugs:bcel:jar:2.0.2, com.google.code.findbugs:jFormatString:jar:2.0.2: Cannot access central (http://repo.maven.apache.org/maven2) in offline mode and the artifact com.google.code.findbugs:bcel:jar:2.0.2 has not been downloaded from it before. -> [Help 1]

Of course the version mentioned in the bug report should be: jFormatString-0-0.13.20131227git.fc21.

The F20 branch was updated to include commit 8913c64, which makes the package use source from the new Google Code j-format-string project, instead of code bundled with FindBugs 2.0.

I checked my notes from December (when I did that commit, for rawhide), and the only change in the new jFormatString code is that FormatterException is now abstract.

So I don't think this update should cause any problems in F20, and I'm going to submit an F19 update too.
