Description of problem:
Installing mock-1.1.35-1.el7.noarch for el7, during yum installation i get the following:

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
mock-1.1.35-1.el7.noarch

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install RHEL7 Beta
2. Create /etc/yum.repos.d/epel7.repo with following baseurl: baseurl=http://mirror.nsc.liu.se/fedora-epel/beta/7/x86_64/
3. yum install mock

Actual results:
  Installing : mock-1.1.35-1.el7.noarch                                                                            3/3
warning: %post(mock-1.1.35-1.el7.noarch) scriptlet failed, exit status 254
Non-fatal POSTIN scriptlet failure in rpm package mock-1.1.35-1.el7.noarch

Expected results:
Installed without scriptlet errors.


Additional info:
Error because /etc/mock/epel-7-x86_64.cfg doesn't exists.
