Cannot set endpoint config file in SOAP binding if it is an XML file. It accepts only WSDL files however it should accept only XML files. See "The file name must end with extension .xml and be an implementation of schema jbossws-jaxws-config" in https://docs.jboss.org/author/display/JBWS/Predefined+client+and+endpoint+configurations
