Description of problem:
Adding a VM based on template where the template disk is copied into two storage domains which one of them is in maintenance

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
upstream

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a VM
2. Create a preallocated Disk for the VM
3. create a template
4. Copy the Template disk to another storage domain
5. Put the original storage domain to maintenance
6. Create a VM from the template

Actual results:
The dialog box get stuck

Expected results:
The VM should be created

Additional info:
at step 6 ResourceAllocation target is null, which probably cause this bug

Yes, there's that bug which is about blocking this operation with CDA message

I ran it even without the fix and the GUI wasn't stuck.
I'll retest it with the fix just to verify and seems like we'll be able to close that one as there are no logs to diagnose the issue.

Bug 1037439 is MODIFIED. Moving this one to MODIFIED too, and should be moved to ON_QA for validation once a build is out.

The GUI isn't stuck on that scenario, therefore i'll leave that modified.
howerver, there's a general issue related to the resource allocation selection (sometimes there's no default domain selected) - it'll be handled in a different bug.
