please make the left-pane (That contains the system tree, bookmarks, tags) collapsible, in order to easily reclaim real-estate when needed.

Fixes should be in ovirt-3.4.0-beta2. Assignee please check.

tested on 2nd ovirt test day - worked ok for me.
