This seems to be connected - the new libssh gives this error message on connect (the old one does not)
Yeah, I'm seeing the same things. I mentioned it on bug 1053305 since it fit the general description "libssh 0.6.0 upgrade negatively affects x2goclient" :) x2goclient-4.0.1.3-2.fc19 has been submitted as an update for Fedora 19. https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/x2goclient-4.0.1.3-2.fc19 x2goclient-4.0.1.3-2.fc20 has been submitted as an update for Fedora 20. https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/x2goclient-4.0.1.3-2.fc20 Package x2goclient-4.0.1.3-2.fc19: * should fix your issue, * was pushed to the Fedora 19 testing repository, * should be available at your local mirror within two days. Update it with: # su -c 'yum update --enablerepo=updates-testing x2goclient-4.0.1.3-2.fc19' as soon as you are able to. Please go to the following url: https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2014-1352/x2goclient-4.0.1.3-2.fc19 then log in and leave karma (feedback). Grabbed the fc20 version from koji (it hasn't hit whatever mirror yum was picking up for me) and I can confirm that the cpu utilization is down. Yay!! This fix is a bit of a hack - there is still a ridiculously short timeout poll loop in x2goclient.
