How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. yum update or rpm -ivh kernel-3.12.8-300.fc20.x86_64


Actual results:
If I do update, a lot of packages get warnings.
If I use rpm -ivh kernel to install a local kernel
it also output
warning: %post(kernel-3.12.8-300.fc20.x86_64) scriptlet failed, exit status 127
warning: %posttrans(kernel-3.12.8-300.fc20.x86_64) scriptlet failed, exit status 127
