I would like to have directfb and if possible fusionsound too support built by default on fedora's SDL2 (in the spirit of the SDL)

The sdl2 directfb support if not changed too much in a month requires not much of a trivial patch (color.z to color.a or something, or maybe none right now) to work (i did manage to built one locally, if you need the fix i think i could attach it) (we could consider upstreaming it). The fusion sound perhaps requires a fusionsound packaging request, i would like to work in conjunction to that and peek the directfb maintainer, feelings?

Interesting project, let's make it cool :)

Because this affects and can boost directfb exposure dramatically by the currently using sdl and migrating to sdl2 projects (not exclusively depending on Xorg) i added <thias>, directfb package owner according to #fedora-devel <zodbot>. Hopefully he can express himself possitively about this and fusionsound packaging.

directfb orphaned in Fedora. fusionsound, as I found relates to directfb, which orphaned. I think it's not possible.

DirectFB & FusionSound reniced packagement, just so to enjoy non x stuff, portability, ... :) http://juanmabc.fedorapeople.org/packages/directfb/
