Today, we block having snapshots on shared (sharable) disks, since multiple VMs (=QEmu processes) can't access each others' dirty maps.

However, if all the VMs plugging to this disk consume it as a read-only disk, the dirty maps are inconsequential, and there's no reason to block snapshots.
